Ponder for Sunday
I'll be out of town Thursday - Saturday. Feel free to call the cell phone (346-2121) or Larry if it's an emergency. I'm going to Youth Camp to check in with those folks and maintain our ties with them, and then I'll pick-up my family and bring them home. We'll be back for church Sunday.
Speaking of Sunday, my sermon will be from Mark 4: 26-29. I plan on starting with the story of Fred Phelps - you might have read his story in last Sunday's Amarillo paper. If not, you might read it here. There is, I think, an interesting correlation between his story and the Mark passage. See if you agree.
