What's Going on in Sunday School?
This year we've been trying something new in children's Sunday School. We have team teachers who teach for 3 months at a time.
Merle Clark and Connie Banks started us off in the fall with their expertise!
Natalie Sims and Jackie Francis enthusiastically led us through December, January and February.
Now we have Carla Purcella and Brandi Hodges teaching. They'll be with the kids through May.
The children are enjoying having different teachers. It gives them new perspectives and reminds them that lots of people in the church care about them.
When you see one of these six ladies, thank them. They are helping insure that the next generation is taught well the stories of the Bible and the traditions of the church.
And be watching for the summer months: we'll be doing a special summer Sunday School that will involve lots of people in lots of unique ways!
It takes all of us!
