Alzheimer's Lunch and Learn
A special meeting of the Alzheimer's Support Group will be held this Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Senior Citizens Center. Lunch will be provided.
The topic of the meeting will be the Safe Return Program. Through the use of identification/medic alert bracelets and necklaces, the Alzheimer's Association works with local emergency responders to quickly find and return people with Alzheimer's who wander.
There are a few bracelets available through a grant at no cost. You can learn more information about this important program here.
