Dance, David, Dance!
It seems apropos that during the week that five of our members are participating in a dance recital that we should speak Sunday of the time when David danced!
What do you do when you're on the top of the world? One of the answers that we see in scriptures is that you dance, just like David did. We'll share David's story from 2 Samuel 6 this Sunday in Forum (at 9:30) and in worship (at 10:30).
The book group is trying to decide about meeting for the summer, and are exploring 3 options: take a break and not meet, meet weekly as we currently do, or meet occasionally as we complete books, discussing them in their entirety. If you are considering joining the group for the summer, which format appeals to you? Let us know - we want to include as many people as we can. My prayer for you, this week, is that as you walk through your days you will find a lightness on your toes and a melody in your heart.
