"It's only TUESDAY????" Report
While napping (Merle) and swimming (everyone else) are going on, I thought I'd sneak away and update the blog.
We ALMOST finished roofing today. It's hard to get the work in before it gets so hot that the shingles begin to tear. We should easily finish that in the morning. Also, we hung the soffits on one side of the house. We hope to finish that up as well tomorrow. After that, doors and windows!
Merle and I officially finished the trailers today - WHEW and HALLELUJAH! We stood guard over our success for awhile, but we finally resigned ourselves that we were fighting a losing battle. The trailers will be disorganized soon after we leave, but for one glorious hour, they looked FABULOUS.
I'm including some pics of our lunch arrangements. When you're as hot and hungry as we are, being picky about things like clean hands and chairs seems unnecessary. These great kids never complain (well, at least, the big kids don't complain!) They eat whatever is set in front of them and they act incredibly grateful.

Yesterday Kyle and Jackson Streun joined us! Aaron was glad to have a buddy to pal with. Tomorrow one of Richard's church members is going to take the three little kids away for a bit of a break (for us and them!)

Must close this post. Swimming is ending early today because everyone needs a nap. Richard's smoked ham and potatoes is on the menu for tonight!

Keep praying,
Tracy
