It's been a great week of Vacation Bible School and I have much for which to be thankful!

I'm thankful for everyone who contributed food to the Hospitality Room - it was well received and VERY appreciated!

I'm thankful to our great hostesses - oops!, I mean hosts! - Chubby and Wendel who worked in the Hospitality Room and represented us well.

I'm thankful to Annie, Brandi, Merle, and Rob for being such super teachers for us this year!

I'm thankful that Aaron, Anna, and Hagen got to attend VBS, one that their church helped provide for them.

Mos of all, I'm thankful that our church values children and that no matter how many or how few of them we have, we keep working to provide ministries for them. It matters. It matters a lot.



Book Group! The copies of Bitsy's Bait and BBQ are at the church. Get yours now, read it all the way through, and then we'll gather to discuss it on TUESDAY, AUGUST 10 at 7 p.m. That should give you plenty of time to read and love this wonderful book!



This Sunday we'll review a little of what the kids learned in Vacation Bible School by going back to the beginning, at least, the beginning for Nicodemus. Read John 3 and be ready to "Get It!"

The Book of Revelation is our current study in Forum and this week we'll look at chapters 2 and 3. I'll see you at 9:30 Sunday!
